We are committed to protecting your refund. This page describes in simple terms our practices and policies to ensure you book with confidence.

Standard Travel Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

Refund amounts are generally determined by how far in advance the cancellation is made.

  • 30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee (e.g., 5-10%) and any non-refundable deposits (e.g., specific flight tickets).

  • 15 to 29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.

  • 7 to 14 Days Before Departure: 25% refund of the total trip cost.

  • Less than 7 Days / No Show: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by the Agency

If we are forced to cancel a trip due to internal reasons (under-booking or operational issues):

  • You will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your credit to a future trip with a special discount.

3. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In cases of "Acts of God" (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or government restrictions):

  • The agency will facilitate the maximum possible refund based on what is recoverable from third-party vendors (hotels, airlines).

  • We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to cover these specific scenarios.

How the Refund Process Works

  1. Written Request: All cancellations must be submitted via email to our support team.

  2. Verification: We calculate the refund based on the date the email was received.

  3. Processing: Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
